Maureen Joseph is a dedicated humanitarian, Project Manager, and Business Continuity professional with a passion for restoring hope and creating sustainable impact in underserved communities. She brings several years of experience in project management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and organizational resilience, helping organizations maintain critical operations during times of crisis and uncertainty.
She holds a Doctorate in Information Management, along with globally recognized certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Her academic and professional background reflects a strong foundation in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, risk management, and program execution.
Maureen founded this organization out of a deep commitment to service and advocacy for vulnerable populations—particularly individuals impacted by incarceration, social inequality, and limited access to resources.
Her work focuses on rehabilitation support, community empowerment, and creating opportunities for successful reintegration into society.
Through her leadership, Maureen combines professional excellence with compassion, ensuring that every initiative is intentional, impactful, and sustainable. The Maureen Joseph Care and Support Foundation (formerly Aiding Lives Initiatives) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of incarcerated individuals and their families.
For over eight years, we have worked at the intersection of compassion, justice, and empowerment, addressing immediate needs while creating pathways for long-term rehabilitation and reintegration.

About Obioha Chukwuma
Hi, my name is Obioha Chukwuma Nnanna Nwabugwu. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma, Texas and Oregon. I have a Masters in Human Relations with concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have transitioned from Insurance, Information Technology, Nursing to Mental Health Counseling that I am doing with so much love and pride.
I have multiple years of counseling experiences in helping children, teenagers , adults, couples, and families to dealing with issues related to Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, ODD, behavior problems, Stress, relationships, PTSD, trauma, addictions, parenting skills, low self esteem plus a whole lot of other issues.
I also have many years of mental health experience in hospital, rehab, in-patient and out-patient care. I am in this business because “I care and want to help”. I will let you do your best, I do my best and we leave the rest to God finish it up for us.
